Tech Support
One half of the additional services we offer is Tech Support. This involves basic troubleshooting, fixes, and maintenance on hardware that is already in your office and connected to your network. Essentially, we keep working the hardware that you rely on. If it goes down, we can attempt to fix it. Or better yet, we can come out on a regular basis and perform preventative maintenance to keep your systems running longer.
Setup and Configuration Services
The other side to these services revolves around the setup and configuration of new hardware, software, or systems. For example, do you need to add a new computer to your network? Do you need a whole new network? These services are generally items not covered under Tech Support. The easiest way to differentiate is to keep in mind that Tech Support is for existing equipment and their maintenance and repair. Setup and Configuration Services would include the replacement of broken hardware with new hardware or the simple addition of new hardware.
