Isosceles Solutions recognized that there was a need for a small, personal, yet experienced, IT Support and Consultation firm. That is why two years ago, Richard Pripeton founded this company. His vision was of a company that others could trust and rely on for all their technology needs. No job too difficult, no client too small, no problem unsolvable. Richard had a small group of clients, but he wanted more, he wanted to bring this high level of customer service and expertise to more and more companies. So in February of 2013 Richard and his wife, Ellen Morris refocused the company, and together the two of them redefined exactly what was going to make Isosceles Solutions different from the other companies out there.
They determined very quickly that there are three major components that they wanted to focus on, first, turnaround time. Some IT companies take days, sometimes weeks, to solve a problem and often with no communication with their clients about what is being done and the status of their solution. Richard and Ellen pride themselves on quick turnarounds with the proper solution and constant communication with their clients. Second, is knowledgeable staff. Too many times clients hear "I don't know" or "We can't do that". Our staff are trained experts in the various fields of technology and IT support. If they don't have the answer, they will find it. Our clients never hear "I don't know", instead they hear "I'll find out." It is a subtle difference, but it has a huge impact on the client experience. The third component is client service.
